Description

What is provided by THINKIN?

for the booth -> space is delivered empty (no partition wall / no flooring). You can either hire your own booth constructor or book the “booth construction” as an option
for the badge scanner -> a lead retrieval device will be handed to your booth at the start of the event and you will receive the contact details of the attendees scanned at your booth and during your symposium (if applied) 1 week after the end of the Summit. The data shared will include: complete name, company name, country, specialty, email address.
for the post in newsletter -> during the month preceding the event, a newsletter will be sent including your company logo, your booth number and a short welcome message
for the Partner Speed-Matching (PSM) -> connection to the PSM platform to find the “perfect matches” and schedule some appointments to be organized in the PSM rooms of the congress venue
