2. SPONSOR PACKAGE – PREMIER

What is provided by THINKIN?

• for the booth -> space is delivered empty (no partition wall / no flooring). You can either hire your own booth constructor or book the “booth construction” as an option
• for the signage package -> the following signages are part of this package: 1 stand up banner in the exhibition hall, 1 logo at the welcome desk and 1 branding of pillar
• for the badge scanner -> a lead retrieval device will be handed to your booth at the start of the event and you will receive the contact details of the attendees scanned at your booth and during your symposium (if applied) 1 week after the end of the Summit. The data shared will include: complete name, company name, country, specialty, email address.
• for the event:
  • the Golf Contest -> organisation of the tournament, management of the registrations, signage promoting the sponsor of the event
  • the Tennis Contest -> organisation of the tournament, management of the registrations, signage promoting the sponsor of the event
  • the Coffee and lunch breaks -> design of the space (including the branding of the sponsor) as well as food and beverage
  • the Faculty Dinner -> global organization of the event
  • the Gala Dinner > global organization of the event
• for the post in newsletter -> during the month preceding the event, a newsletter will be sent including your company logo, your booth number and a short welcome message
• for the sponsored session -> during a 1 hour session, present your symposium in a fully equipped room that can welcome 400 attendees. Your session will be promoted on the online agenda as well as on the Summit program which will be distributed onsite to all the participants
• for the Partner Speed-Matching (PSM) -> connection to the PSM platform to find the “perfect matches” and schedule some appointments to be organized in the PSM rooms of the congress venue

• for the sponsored session -> complete agenda (title, lectures, timings) and speaker list
• for the Partner Speed-Matching (PSM) -> access the platform and complete the different sections to find your “partner matches”
