What is provided by THINKIN?

  • for the suite -> partition wall and flooring are provided. You may decorate it with your own furniture provider
  • for the signage package + -> the following signages are part of this package: 1 stand up banner in the exhibition hall, 1 logo at the welcome desk, 1 branding of pillar, 1 illuminated banner at the welcome desk, 1 sticker on exhibition hall entrance glassdoor
  • for the badge scanner -> a lead retrieval device will be handed to your booth at the start of the event and you will receive the contact details of the attendees scanned at your booth and during your symposium (if applied) 1 week after the end of the Summit. The data shared will include: complete name, company name, country, specialty, email address.
  • for the delegate set:
    • the bags -> production, delivery and distribution at the welcome desk
    • the confirmation letters -> productions and sending of the confirmation letter after each registration
    • the notepads and pens -> production, delivery and insertion in the congress bags
    • the hand sanitizers -> production, delivery and insertion in the congress bags
    • the room drops -> placement of the goodies in the hotel rooms of the participants
  • for the event:
    • the Golf Contest -> organisation of the tournament, management of the registrations, signage promoting the sponsor of the event

    • the Speaker suite -> design of the space (including the branding of the sponsor)

  • for the post in newsletter -> during the month preceding the event, a newsletter will be sent including your company logo, your booth number and a short welcome message
  • for the sponsored session -> during a 1 hour session and 15 mins on Q&A, present your symposium in a fully equipped room that can welcome 400 attendees. Your session will be promoted on the online agenda as well as on the Summit program which will be distributed onsite to all the participants
  • for the Partner Speed-Matching (PSM) -> connection to the PSM platform to find the “perfect matches” and schedule some appointments to be organized in a private box within the PSM room of the congress venue
